In time this will be considered one of the best Life Sims available, there’s an emptiness and lifelessness in the game atm that I attribute to the weird way Zois interact with each Other as well as how small the maps are and lack of interest points. There’s so many options in a conversation that would be fun to see play out but you have to watch your zois switch seats 15 times over a few mins to compete the conversation.

The cities are beautiful and begging to be interacted with but it’s more like a museum where you can look but can’t touch.

For example I left my apartment and my zoi was hungry and right out side is a fake McDonalds so naturally I attempt to go in….nope just a facade

This is try for 90% of the buildings in the game

If the maps were large I wouldn’t mind the POIs being scattered but in such a small chunk of a city it’s insane how little I’m allowed to interact with.

With that said, what’s here and what’s available is promising and $40 to support this doesn’t seem outlandish to me.

I played the sims 3 A lot back in the days and Sims 4 was so garbage I didn’t play it for more than a few hours when it released and abandoned life sims for awhile.

The little this game does offer and the potential I see in it is enough for me to say I’m excited about life sims again and this game will save the genre, just not yet.

Should you save your money and wait for it to have more things to do?

You could, but I’d recommend buying this game now just to see what’s possible in a life sim that EA convinced us you had to pay extra for.

Buy now, buy later, doesn’t matter it won’t be money wasted.

Solid foundation for an amazing boxing game

gameplay wise I havent had this much fun with a boxing game since fight night champion, the fighting feels more simulation than FNC in a way I hadnt realized, dont let the graphics fool you.

Purely on game mechanics considering this game is a one man job 9/10

Everything other then the fighting itself is pretty barebones atm, the career is fun despite having no licensed boxers (not something that mattered to me anyway) but it lacks the ability to customize or change the names of the boxers

I havent reached into the top 20 yet but from what I can see the career feels less like a boxing career and more like a typical fighting game ladder mode because as far I can tell and heres getting to my only major issue with the game atm

I dont believe there are any title belts
I know for a fact there are no weight classes

I see these two misses kind of jarring for a boxing game for reasons I dont feel I have to explain but it is early access and I assume the dev was more concerned with getting it to FEEL like boxing rather then worry about the career mode, which It definitely does, I hope deeping the career is the next focus for this game

Add Weight Classes
Add a Boxer Editor
Add some form of Boxer newgen/regen to career letting older boxers retire and new ones be generated and added to their divisions in career

If those issues are solved this will be my favorite boxing game hands down, spent so much time in the demo waiting for it
just need that career mode fluffed up

support this game, its not finished but if you like simulation boxing youll have fun no matter what and youll be supporting a one man passion project, and we all know passion is non existent from sports games these days.

Its solid and can literally only get better.

Its what BF2042 should've been, its only $15 if you miss BF youll have the time of your life.
my only issue is how underpowered the helicopters feel, i love flying littlebird in BF but in this game you get knocked out the sky incredibly fast and the turrets dont do much damage.

games early access though and devs listen to community feedback, must have if you love shooters.

I don’t want to give a lengthy review so let me just say straight up

It’s a great game , with a few minor issues that can be ironed out by DLC or modding

My main problem and what I consider a MAJOR PROBOEM is the 600 turn limit and the fact that by the time you have a decent army of units from a certain era it’s already the next era

There’s no reason an endless game should be in the early modern era by turn 200

Make the length of era waaaaay longer or at least give us the option and this game would be everything for me that civilization wasn’t

Said I didn’t want a long review but whatever I guess

Please this game is great please let me just enjoy it and not rush me through eras
