if you see the helmet, it sparks. bullet ricocheted. it's a pistol round, which have high chances of ricocheting because of the shape of bullet even in real life.

pretty sure that's a pm pistol which shoots 9x18, which is literally the 2nd worst ammo type in the game

he shot a penis helmet which is only lvl 3 but has the highest ricochet chance because of the material it's made of. using an extremely low pen ammo and low damage round vs a helmet with high ricochet chance and the armor looked like a class 3, he's not killed that guy unless he gets a face shot.....or dumps in his legs.

you can think it's dumb but there's literally yt vids on people shooting body armor with rifles and it not penetrating
