ya'll already know it was going to be overwhelmingly positive as soon as it dropped. And the fact that it broke EVERY platform including steam proves it.

If my (and a lot of other reviews) hours say anything, this game good. I did my first playthrough that took me like 120 hours or so by myself, and I'm currently playing through it again to experience it again and so my Girlfriend can. Also I missed out on the "Golden" DLC. This game isn't as fancy as persona 5 (I've put 90 hours on playstation on P5 and not even halfway through the story) but it has a lot of charm and you really grow attached to the characters and story. If you're looking for a unique JRPG with a mystery to solve, give this one a shot. Fair warning: It's quite the time sink.

It is, in fact, a LOVELY day for fishin'.

Real talk, this game is all I've been thinking about for the past 2 weeks. I've kinda dwindiled down for the past few days because I'm starting to reach the end game (filling out the journal and such) but I've loved this game SO MUCH I've gotten it for my significant other, one of my best buds (who we've played together the most sadly), and another friend. The entire time while playing I've always thought: "This game is amazing as it is, it's just a lovely grand ol' time, I can't wait to see what comes in the future" and honestly, with this update, I can REALLY see the potential. YOU (LazyDeveloper) have added things I didn't even think of while daydreaming and chatting with random people online (there's so many awesome people in this game and I love it) and I cannot wait for everything else that's going to come to this (albeit odd) gem of a FISHING GAME, ON THE WEB!

Thank you for everything you do and what you will do with this game. It's really brought a level of peace at the end of a long day at work that I really need, and everyone in this community need, and appreciate.

Great game overall, almost done unlocking everything in the coffee campaign so it is rather short. has a tea campaign and an ice cream campaign update in the summer coming up. The fact the game is a Roguelite does in fact pad game time and replayablity.

All I'm asking, PLEASE, is a multiplayer mode and Steamwork Shop Support, AKA: MODS!!

Long time player of Plateup!, my girlfriend and I have sunk nearly 100 hours into it and the mod support and updates really keep everything fresh, let alone the multiplayer. Tried this game out by.. other means... and the developer AND publisher Broccoli Games deserves the buy.

Looking forward to seeing where this game goes in the future!! =)

Early Access Review
I literally got IGN ads of this game a few months ago, thought oh that sounds dumb. Saw it on the steam store page, read the reviews, watched a video or two, said meh, I'm bored and have nothing else to play, worst case scenario I'll refund it.

That was about 4 days ago. 19 hours in, I'm only like level 24, have barely explored any of the map, and still having fun. This game drops you in the world and tells you, hey, you need resources, these can be your friends, treat them how you want; and I LOVE IT.

The quality of this early access is amazing, (though buggy at times but duh) and has so much to do. Might be scatterbrained a little but I always think of things to do and get sidetracked and do something else, but that's okay! That's what makes this a great open world. It doesn't matter what you do or how you do it as long as you have FUN.

Just tried the demo, was like wow this is really fun I wanna try survival mode. Survival mode is also very fun!! I havn't gotten past the first day, however. I have died 3 times from jumping off the bike and being hurled halfway across the map. Other than that bug I'm having a blast! I would really like to see multiplayer and maybe a rotation option on items like the newspaper as it is a little tedious.
