Enemies are absolutely brutal if you let them get up close, but it makes sense, you're a sniper.
You may get frusturated sometimes, like when you are spotted from 27 city blocks away by an enemy sniper perched in the boughs of a tree, but when you reflexively scope in, pull up about 3 notches, and blast his nasal cavity out the back of his head, this game is worth all the unforgiving enemies. Very fun stuff!
