One of the official artists for the game makes gay porn of the game characters on twitter and it's hot. 10/10

Before I begin, it occurs to me that my situation is not unique from other players, as it seems that a vast 41% of the player base achieved the same ending I did. They still view the game in a positive manner, but I do not believe that what occurred was just.
Spoilers ahead as this is a critique of the results of the game.

I talk to Emily and Evelin. When talking to them during the first two chapters, I understand that many of my choices like whenever I tell them my favorite music or whatever is saved. I assume this wouldn't pose such big a problem in the future (what a fool I once was). To put it shortly, I tell Emily that "I don't drink", and even if this sounds like an excuse, it's difficult to discern at time the entire context of some message choices, but I end up telling Evelin in the next chapter that "I drink a little". Already doomed to get the bad ending, but I am unaware as this is my first time.

Get to chapter 3. Accidentally get things confused while trying to console Emily, and she believes that I don't care for her enough. This part really gets to me. I legitimately feel that I was not good enough for the both of them. I console with Evelin instead, and we obtain best friend status. Keep in mind during this chapter, Emily explicitly states that she is drunk during the conversation, yet she has stated before that she does not like to drink like I do.

Things cruise along like normal. Me and Emily talk and all is forgiven. Good stuff. Then, chapter 5 rears its ugly head into scene. Turns out that Emily and Evelin have the same class. They talk, and Emily says that her perception of me is quite, different from hers? I actually get confused, especially at the highly hostile response options for this statement. Evelin want's to have a talk, and for the life of me, I legitimately don't understand what she wants to speak of. Suddenly, I'm barraged with these accusations that I'm some sort of manipulative ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that was lying to the both of them to try and get closer.

Now I understand what the game is trying to do here. "Ooh don't say something to one person and not another that's baaad." Though, in this scenario, this is extremely difficult to take into consideration for a few reasons.
1. I never would have imagined that Evelin would become so unreasonably upset over something so minuscule of a lie as "I drink a little". Perhaps that's meant to be the point? She's extremely sensitive and feels that she's being lied to? But this behavior just didn't feel human to me, as if the game had to make this as big a deal as possible to tell you that you did wrong.
2. What I told Emily and what I told Evelin was months apart. "Things change" as Emily would say. Just like how she didn't drink, but then started to during chapter 3. So I guess I'm just not allowed to change. To just remain as I always am. Now I know that's a bit of an unreasonable expectation for the game to account for that, but it is just infuriating to be told that I'm lying because I simply said something different, let alone on accident, when someone else DOES THE EXACT SAME THING AND IT'S FINE.
3. Because Evelin is so fanatically upset over something so small, I immediately lose all sense of interest and respect for her. I really could have told Emily about what we talked about when I promised I wouldn't, but she get's upset over a slight drinking related issue. The most aggravating aspect of this is how the game forces you to choke on this feeling that you did something wrong. You simply HAVE to say to the extent of "I'm sorry" over and over again. Even if she does think I did lie, even if she simply cannot believe me and thinks that our entire relationship is built on lies and deceit, fine, but let me say something to the extent of "piss off" to her, because if she simply cannot forgive me and trust me over something so small, that she can screw herself. But you have to pretend to care and say "I'm sorry" over and over and it is so frustrating because I genuinely believe that I didn't do anything wrong.

Maybe I'm just making a bigger deal out of this than I should be, but I play the game, and it makes me aggravated and upset because I think the characters are displayed poorly. It just has me fuming to write a review about it. As stated in the beginning, I've noticed that a large portion of the player base have experienced something similar, but still find recommend the game. Maybe it's for ♥♥♥♥♥ and giggles but it's hard to tell. Still, I did not end up enjoying the ending, and I do not feel that it was just. Thus, I cannot recommend the game.

Me and a good friend of mine played this every day for almost a week. Every time the song that's about the guy meeting all the girls, we would cut it off switching through the menu so it sounded like he would say "eat all the girls". I also had this game as a kid and it still stands to this day.

Having just beat the game, admittedly, for a review, its difficult to put the experience into words.
All I can really say is that:
It has very fun and unique gameplay mechanics,
an amazing cast of interesting and memorable characters,
very VERY trippy and colorful visuals (they mean it when they say flashing lights!),
questionable at first, but ultimately worthwhile choices,
very interesting viewpoints on certain aspects of existence,
an absolute kick-ass soundtrack that I will definitely be listening to during my spare time,
and still even more stuff for me to go back and discover!

So, if you're looking for a very memorable experience, what are ya waiting for the buy button is up there!
