It is still removed from many countries, SONY is doing this with Ghost of Tsushima as well. This is not acceptable. if you give them an inch they'll take a mile and it will only get worse. Look at where the gaming industry is at already. Its worse than ever it was and it will only get worse if people let them do it. Some examples, Micro transactions that are no longer micro, P2W, games gets taken away from users that payed (crew) or they lock you out from games that you payed for (denuvo), Early access to the same game just because you pay them extra, contents taken out of games just to sell it back to you for more and much more, and lets not even talking about FIFA and other sport games.

We celebrate games like Baldur's Gate 3, The witcher 3 etc etc, but it should be the norm not the outline of the industry. I am at a point where indie games are much more enjoyable than these games where you can just tell that they made the game to rip people off instead oi making people enjoy the game.

I get locked out of a game that I payed for just because I tried to fix your broken product.

Amazing on steam deck

What a joke. Mods fixed your game and now you are removing them by adding EAC. Most people are using mods in VRC. What is the point? This is not a competitive game.
Knowing the developers they also going to make it so it doesn't run on linux so say good bye to VRC on steam deck and on linux.
There are so many unique mods that helps out people. Just leave the game fixing to the community so far they done a better job than the devs. Please devs prove me wrong I want you to prove me wrong.
