heres the many reasons:

A. The Game takes eons to actually go forward.

B. Unless you Micromanage everything to a T, its a bad time.

C. The AI just gets buffed because Paradox doesn't know how to Code it.

D. They don't care about their Modders at ALL.

E. Look at the Total Price for the DLC.

F. Years after its launch, the fundamentals changed so much, proving they never had a solid concept before launch and just winged it.
