Lol all model swap mods are causing the crashes. I went to the Mod Manager and disabled all model swap mods and it works perfectly. Crippling skill issue HAHAHAHA

Hey, saw your comment on HD2 forum and wanted to help you out.

Just remove all the mods that modify shaders/audio. Also, uninstalling on steam doesn't remove those mods since some files are left behind. You need to remove the files manually in the data folder or simply delete the data folder and verify files if youve got the bandwidth for it

yeah, i tried launching without mods as well and still didnt work

saw your recent helldivers 2 review about it crashing on startup, do you have any mods installed that change textures? if so disable them and the game should start like usual. Latest update bricked alot of mods. atleast that was my problem.
