State of Anarchy is a poorly made top down shooter that you should probably just skip. It has a hand drawn stick figure art style, so if you care about that you might find something good about it. As for it's main problems,

• There isn't an in game settings menu, so it's going to be in full screen unless you look for a manual method to change that.
  
• The camera is so zoomed out that your character is something you might miss. Then again, so much of this game is empty space that it's nearly impossible to miss anything.
  
• The game somehow stutters on my system. Now on one hand, I'm using a sufrace book, with a GPU on par with a GTX 945M. On the other hand, there's no way in hell this shouldn't run fine on an abacus.
  
• This game is basically a bad card farm. You're basically garunteed a net loss by just purchasing this game at the time of me writing this. Not much of a count against the game, as much as a lack of a justification for purchasing the game.

If there's anything good about this game, it's that you can get it... sorta for free on chrono.gg also at the time of this review. Feel free to look into that if you actually want this game, but there are better games you can get on there.

Without mods, this game would be a solid 4/10. It's buggy, boring, and the combat is mediocre.

With mods, well, it's a 9/10. The only flaw it's gonna have then is how much work you might have to put into troubleshooting the game.
