Excellent computer but mine was put together wrong as you can see.looked for a way to email manufacturer first and couldn't so I write it here.not sure if I should return it incase there are problems in the future. I have been given no options to return as the dam lights wont stay off. the remote shuts them off and they come back on in a minute or so.....I cannot stand the light on while watching movies so i have to keep remote in hand to turn off 100 times a move ffs. I wanted to return and have no options so what now! And the wifi and bluetooth doesn't work either

I ordered this product a while ago, came earlier than expected. I have had it for 2 days now, so this is an early review, and I will update it later.

So far no issues, works smoothly, runs games well (CS:GO solid 200+fps, League 200+fps, Rust 120fps consistently, all on max settings. The only thing this machine lacks is maybe 8 more gigs of RAM, as 8 is not too much RAM anymore.

I'm not big into RGB, which is why I rated the presentation 4/5, however it was really nice value so I decided to buy it. Storage amount is decent, and the 1660 is nice.

Comes with a keyboard and mouse which aren't great, but they come with the build and have some custom buttons and what not, which I think I will just go ahead and use with the computer.

Overall very satisfied, will update in a couple of weeks. I would recommend this computer, it's some of the best value I've seen after several days of research (I looked on Newegg and other listings on Amazon).

Best cost for the performance, beats anything I researched the last month.
This is my first buy of a pc online and by Cyberpower pc. Here's what I experienced

Receiving the package: The computer is sealed tight in a box with a lot of protection, even inside the computer to reduce the chances for some part to unscrew during the shipping.

Brand the Graphics card and motherboard: I was happily surprised to find out it was all MSI

Set up the computer: Was actually really easy, after just connecting the antennas of the wi-fi card (took me 15 sec to do it) it was a really easy plug and play.

Games: Run games really smoothly, most triple-A title in 80+ FPS in high settings, I run league of legends at 250+ FPS

Noise: You can hear a bit the noise of the fan, but nothing loud, I put it under my computer desk, I barely hear it

Customer service: I called the customer service to know if I had to pay attention to something in particular during the unboxing or the drivers. The rep I spoke to was very professional and took the time to answer in simple explanation to every question I had.

In overall, this is a really good buy, even cheaper than building the pc with all the component by yourself. The highlight would be the Customer service, which is amazing and the best price for quality/components.

I recommend to anyone to buy this pc.

This PC is my first REAL PC. The one prior was from 2006, and was chugging HARD doing anything. I updated to Windows 10 one day and everything was just so bad that I figured it was time to upgrade.

A friend helped me sift through options for a PC and monitor, and I ultimately ended up choosing this one. Glad I did!

I only gave it 4 out of 5 stars because you basically pay $150 for labor costs. To me, that was worth it as I've wanted to get a PC for years (8 maybe) and never learned to build, so that extra cost actually got me to get a PC. Otherwise I don't think I would have ever done it myself...

The packaging was great (really nice actually), came with a keyboard and mouse which I thought would be cheap but they're actually pretty nice (remember, this is my first gaming PC so they left a great impression on me). Only 'downside' is that they're wired. The RGB is nice. Prior to getting a PC, I found it silly how much people adored RGB but once you have it, it really is a nice feature. You get a remote that's simple to use that changes the light colour, pattern, and speed if a dynamic pattern is chosen.

Overall really happy with it! Something was a bit loose inside when I first booted it up, but packaging warns you of this (as during shipping, things can get loose) and me being a noob to PC's, thought everything looked fine. The computer would turn on, shut off, turn on, etc etc until I hard reset it manually. After I reattached the two cords inside (motherboard and GPU? I'm still a noob), everything was smooth sailing.

Highly recommend, but by the time you read this, there may be a new configuration available that would suit your interest better.

I wanted to build a gaming pc for the last few months and I was pleasantly surprised to see that CyberpowerPC was available in Canada. On top of being available at an affordable price, there were no duty charges! The components in this little beast make the price worthwhile. The packaging was impeccable and the keyboard and mouse are great. Looking forward to gaming!
