This game was good, then I found the Ultimate Apocalypse mod. It gives you the real imperial guard feeling of throwing millions of lives at an enemy to hold them back while artillery shells them from afar. The base game is great as well but once you get into the modding aspect, there's no going back. UA adds Tyranids, approximately 12 more units per army, Titans completely adding a new sense of scale to the game, and even new vehicle variants, character abilites, and gamemodes.

tldr: If you like Supreme Commander or Warhammer 40k get this game and mod it. The Ultimate Apocalypse mod is my go to, but Titanium Wars and the Unification mod are both great options.

This game boosted my fear of sharks by 10000

The game is fun if you can get over the amount of grinding involved.

I put a lot of time in this game, focusing on one setup: Rhino Prime, Latron Prime, and Scindo Prime.

Once you get your loadout, the game becomes an absolute blast.

My only issues is, again, the amount of grinding, and the progression system. Sometimes I'm not sure what mission I'm supposed to do next.

I put a little bit of time into this game, but I think it's pretty fun.
