I know the history of this game but right now (Dec 2023) the reality is the game is a lot of fun!

80 Hours in and still have tons to do and builds to try. I often leave, come back a few months later and push further.

You can play solo or in a team. You can even solo in a team benefiting from the xp bonus. People help other out so much they added donation boxes everywhere because people were leaving gear/items for other in random boxes.

If you are a hoarder like tho get Fallout 1st but even with it you still play the inventory game.

A very quick but fun puzzle game where you are just one more word away from uncovering Her story.

If you can just find the right one.

This is the only game where I would play Co-op with randoms.

Monetisation only on cosmetics.

Fun game with variety depend on how you start and what gladiators are available.

Good Challenge with permadeath

Very active Dev for a game that is EA. Pretty refreshing actually.

This is what AAA VR feels like.

Running flawlessly with near min spec on an Oculus Quest while streaming too.

The best questing in any MMO bar none.

First time I see actual choices. Not just "You can do it with stealth or combat"
And you can do that in this game but also moral choices as in saving someone or turning them in to the authorities. I have never before debated a dialog choice (fully voiced btw) instead of just clicking away before.

Combat feels meaty. You really feel like you are hitting mobs.

Skills are diverse and any class can play any role. It doesn't feel like I am bottom tier whatever choice I make.

Lots of content.
Great single player.
Having people join your game or you joining theirs is a lot of fun.
Great depiction of zombies. Lots of enemy variety.
Bit of a scaling issue at times where your weapon takes about 10 hits to kill a normal zombie.

THE lan party game

Action packed, not a bad story and the DLC's are interesting.

Simply the best co-op game there is. 200 hours in I think I saw about half the content.
