Actually tho if you are thinking about buying this game, just know that if you do, hours pass within minutes in the game and in real life from how much this game absorbs you.

I would totally play this game blind again if I could

Real quick this game is not like Minecraft at all besides the two games having pixels and freedom

This game is honestly one of the best games I have ever played because of a multitude of reasons. This game has many different aspects and is enjoyable to many different people. There is magic and potion making. There is also boss fights and rideable unicorns! Overall this game is very creative and is definitely worth the 300+ hours I spent in it.

Pros:

• You can kill almost anything you see (Besides NPCs)
  
• You can build pixelart all day or you can fight bosses
  
• You can kill bunnies and squirrels (If you are into that stuff)
  
• You can easily play with your friends through steam multiplayer
  
• Controller Compatible!!
  
• There are online servers to join if you are bored
  
• You can become a magician and destroy a giant plant boss with water!
  
• YOU CAN FLY!!
  
• Easily up into the sky and fight a wyvern
  
• Survive waves of scary pumpkin lords and nutcrackers
  
• You can even summon pirates to kill monsters for you!
  
• Did I mention that you can RIDE UNICORNS?
  
• You can become a mechanic and build really cool contraptions with wires!

Cons:

• If you do not have an overaverage computer, boss fights can lag a bit
  
• There is some grinding involved to beat some certain bosses
  
• You can easily lag on multiplayer
  
• There is really no tutorial for new players
  
• You can easily die of fall damage
  
• It is sometimes hard to survive the first few nights

Overall this game is great in my opinion. You can easily look up a few beginner tutorials to begin Terraria and there are many things to do once you get the game. Terraria is one of my favorite games and I will definitely continue to play it as there is much more to do. The developers keep updating the game too :D
