The best representation of my life, all in one game.

Time for a serious review after over 100 hours of gameplay.

The story is captivating, especially if you are doing the side-quests because they make the story even richer.
The aesthetic is unique and the game is beautiful, with a very big but.

Almost 5 months after release, I can still see bushes and trees through the walls, which breaks the immersion every single time. Along with that, my map suddenly doesn't show marked objectives from time to time, the AI of enemies and civilians are stupid and predictable, the traffic AI is terrible, car is always on ice no matter the speed and the police conflict is easily avoided by simply running some distance away from your crime, and even if you are on 4 stars, they disappear almost immediately. Sometimes I parkour on entities and if it's something like a pipe, falling on the ground from a meter height is fatal. Main story characters go T-shape from time to time which is laughable, especially when it's supposed to be a serious scene.

And I can go on and on with funny physics and bugs of the game.

It would've been understandable if CD Projekt Red had a very limited timeline, but they worked on this game for at least 8 years. Teens like me back then awaited this game badly and expected this to be the game of the games, perfectly balanced with new experiences and most importantly, finished.

TL;DR - The story is great, but the game is literally in alpha stage.

The only reason you should buy this game is for its emotes.
Otherwise, it's horrible.

It's unlike any tower defense and you can't say it's related somehow, with all the semi-static traps which work only as animated without any rotation.

The music beat got very tiresome for me and I just had to mute it to prevent my headache from developing further.

I played through a few levels and I couldn't force myself to play any further, as it became boring and dull very quickly for me.

The only way to save a game like this, is reshape and reprogram it from scratch, add interactivity and at least some AI, because all it looks like for me is a pure budget take on tower defense which was made in a few hours.

A Nostalgic Game which is always fun to come back and play from time to time just to remember the awesomeness of this game

It's a really cute game, and family friendly!
As a "Hardcore" Gamer, I found it really easy and casual, but on the other hand it was somewhat relaxing to take a break from advanced games with groundbreaking graphics and intense difficulties, I've actually got thrown back to my childhood, it brought back memories.

The price is high considering the length of this game, but overall it's a fun little game which I can recommend your kids to play, and for my kids in the future if it comes to it, even for you if you wish to pass a few hours in this cute nostalgic-atmosphere game!

I usually don't post reviews, but this time I couldn't resist and perhaps it will make me more considerate on writing them...
As some already said: This is more than a game - as you play you get more immerged and connected to it (Perhaps it depends on the type of a person you are) and it's a literal rollercoaster near the end of it and once I got to it, it moved me and it made me want to cry.

This is not a game, it's a story, a story with a deep and rich meaning behind it.
If you are looking for action, this game is not for you but if you are looking for a deep story to flow with and something to think and talk about, play it and open your mind to it.

Once again a worthy and artistic project provided to us from Davey Wreden.

This game has a very amazing and mindblowing story which I will recommend to all gamers to playthrough.

I didn't want to do this, but 5 dollars are 5 dollars
