I think you're missing the point, my card is perfectly capable of doing ray tracing, slow as balls, but still capable of doing it , the only point of a RT cores is to get dedicated hardware to improve the speed of the rendering, for example like crypto mining when that was a thing, your GPU is capable of doing the calculations to do crypto mining,

but it doesn't beat a crypto mining asic, since that is purpose-built to do that one task,

same with RT cores.

You try to run a RTX only game on a Graphics card without dedicated ray tracing cores and wonder why it's not work ? My guy.

Ray tracing requires RT cores physically on the graphics card. Your card doesn't have RT cores. It doesn't matter that your card plays everything else you want to play, your card physically doesn't have the technology built into the card that ray tracing requires.
