TCG Card Shop Simulator

Thoughts
The game is very fun for the early and mid game, however once you reach level 80 you won't unluck much more for your store to expand. This gap between level 80-100 makes for a quite repetitive end game where you can burn out quickly imo.
Also how hard is it to pull a single full art foil pigni from base set :( It's the one card I NEED in my binder that keeps getting away.

Achievements
Achievement wise this game is very easy to 100% if you have some time on your hands. For me the only achievements I had to manually focus on were collecting 2500 different cards (which is now easier since there are more cards and even customer trading added) and selling a €10.000 card since I didn't want to sell any non duplicate cards. The rest of the achievements come naturally by playing the game.

My stats
SInce my achievement of opening 10k packs popped I've counted the amount of packs I've opened so here are the results:

Packs stated underneath is without the 10.000 packs opened for the achievement.

Tetramon base set
  • Basic: 17.650
  • Rare: 4.350
  • Epic: 2.850
  • Legendary: 2.850

Destiny set
  • Basic: 1.950
  • Rare: 1.350
  • Epic: 1.650
  • Legendary: 1.950

The total amount of cards collected (with total value) is as follows:
Tetramon base set: 1.299/1.452 €626.138,90
Destiny set: 1.217/1.452 €468.883,30
Ghost set: 44/80 €135.797,90

Most pulled card --> Anguifish (common) x4.878
Most valuable card --> Kyeunbi (full art legendary foil) (black ghost card) €20.355,90

To end this review I would recommend the game to anyone that likes either mangament games, sim games or pulling cards irl. Screenshots of my shop and most valuable card are on my profile.

Thank you for reading.

After spending 60+ hours in the game and grinding for every achievement I feel like I can leave a solid review for the game.
(Review written at 2-7-2023 a few days after update 07 which contained the rifle)

The Story

The game starts out by being into a helicopter owned by the puffton corpartion. In this helicopter you can view a laptop which shows you the three missing people you need to look for (Edward, Barbara and Virginia Puffton) on a island filled with cannibals. After this the helicopter crashes and you have arrived on the island along with your companion Kelvin. The game basically leaves you on your own after this with the exception of three pink locators on your map which are usefull later. To get any grasp on the story you need to explore all the caves and collect documents like drawings and emails which leaves alot to your fantasy, however with the updates came more documents so the story became somewhat clearer, with exception to the ending of the game. I'm not going to write out the entire story since there are a ton of guides which have done so.

The story gets a 6/10.

The Crafting

The crafting in Sons of the Forest works the same as in the prequel The Forest. It's very straightforward and leaves little to the imagination. Theres some more recipes to craft since the prequel and the inventory management feels alot better.

The crafting gets a 8/10.

Gameplay and Graphics

The gameplay is very similair to the prequel. You explore the island while making your way trough numerous cannibals, caves and demons. Although most of the map is empty they have been implementing more scenery and caves troughout the updates. One of the best means of transportation is the golfcart since update 7. Although feeling a bit clumsy the golfcart makes for fast transportation on the island. There is also a one wheeler which is hard to control and feels slower than walking. The fighting feels alot better now that you have your trusty companion Virginia, which can carry guns and fire infinite ammo. The graphics of the game are phenomenal and with the introduction of seasons into the game you can expect some nice snowy mountains.

The gameplay and graphics gets a 7/10.

The Building

The building in Sons of the Forest has improved significantly since the prequel. There are now two building modes. The first method is simply placing blueprints down and collecting the materials needed to finish the blueprint. There are a few more blueprints than the prequel which makes building this way refreshing.

However the second type is just building yourself which shows the most improvement and promise. There are tons of options how to build and where to build, you don't need a flat service anymore but can build pretty much anywhere. You can build out of wood and stone making for some interesting combinations. I have spent most of my hours building and decorating with the occasional trip to the bunkers and caves for food and materials.

The building gets a 9/10.

The Achievements

Sons of the forest has 28 achievements as of the time writing this review which are fairly easily obtainable.
Around half of the achievements are obtained by simply playing the game without paying attention to them. The game has a few grindy achievements to pay attention to which are: Use 1.000 logs to build a structure, dig 1000 holes and survive for 50 days which all take some dedication to achieve. The only 'hard' achievement to get is eat one of every type of edible since some foods are only obtainable in certain seasons. Overall it took me around 50 hours of gameplay to get all 28 achievements and it didn't feel as an hassle to get, with exception of digging a 1000 holes.

The achievements get a diffuculty rating of 5/10.

Conclusion

The game is fun to play and not too difficult making it enjoyable for all kinds of gamers. There are some improvements that still need to come to the game and the story feels a little rushed.
Final rating for the game is 7/10.

Adventure Capatilst is a relatively small idle game compared to others like trailer park boys or cookie clicker. The game speaks for itself, you buy upgrades which makes you more money a second which allows you to buy more upgrades etc.

So far there are three planets you can play. First is the earth then you go on to the moon and at last there is mars. Every world works a little bit different and has different upgrades to purchase. To get all achievements it will take around 100-150 hours without spending real money on the game which is not too bad.

I recommend this game when you're starting out with idle games and give this a 6/10.

Vampire Survivors is a small but fun game. The goal is to survive for 30 minutes on a map filled with monsters spawning in waves that want you dead. Every game you collect coins which you can spend on a skill tree to help you get a little bit stronger. Once you complete the 30 minutes on a map you unluck the hyper mode for that map which allows you to run faster and makes more enemies spawn and more coins.

The game is also constantly being updated with more content and powers getting added.

I give this game a 7/10 and recommend it to everyone who needs a game in between long queues or just want a challenging but still relaxing game to play.
