So considering this is no longer the original game that I purchased in the condition for which It was purchased does that mean I can get a refund?

Took around 10 minutes before someone came knocking on my door about the weird noises......money well spent.

A very decent adaption of the board game. Fun and quick to learn. the only problem I really have with the game is that it seems that there is never anybody online to play it with.

Lets's get this out of the way. Don't get this game if you expect some really exciting schmup. If anything DoAC is just a very basic entry level game in the genre which you will probably enjoy if you are new to it. If you are an experienced player though you will be bored. After playing this game for a little over an hour and unlocking almost everything I see not much incentive to go back to it again.
Pros(+):
-Decent Visuals
-OK gameplay
Cons(-):
-Almost no replayability
-Criminally short
-Lack of bosses
-Music is.....there i guess

Play this over an unengaging cup of coffee but if you look for thrills like Gradius or Touhou move along.
