Early Access Review
It's just BMX Streets, but with a scooter skin on it. If you like Streets then you'll definitely like ScootX for the most part.

It's really just missing things like Bri flips and Inwards, etc, and other tricks in this should be replaced to make it actually feel like a scooter game other than just BMX Streets, but I'm sure it'll get there.

As of right now it doesn't feel 100% like BMX Streets, I would say it's a little bit more floaty and things like drifts are a bit off, but again it's more because it's copying Streets animations.

I mean if you want to support Mash in his development of ScootX and BMX Streets here's another way to do so. The price here is better than BMX Streets if we aren't counting 1.0 as that is a more complete game than both of these, but most people don't want to run through that. It's not a finished game right at this very moment, it might not even be as good as Scoot or ScooterFlow right this moment, but if you like the idea of a modding ground kind of like titles like Skater XL or BMX Streets you'll have some fun for sure.

Nate is taking a good ol' nap while his parents argue and he is teleported to some random world where he now has to hike is way forward.

I have not played 'Getting Over It' so I get that the game is supposed to be "annoying" to control by default, but it reminded me more of a 'Manual Samuel' when I saw the game. It's not annoying at all and is actually quite fun to control.

Cutscenes are pretty funny as Nate has social anxiety and he just doesn't want to deal with anybody's s**t and wants to move forward, so much so he is willing to let his kidney's explode in order to move on.

If the game releases with a reasonable price I would indeed buy it. Can't go wrong with a Devolver published title.

I bought 'SUPER 56' as it reminded me a lot of one of my favorite PSP titles 'Hot Pixel' a minigame galore that gave you a bunch of weird, but cool short games to run through while trying not to lose all of your lives. I obviously could've compared it to the 'WarioWare' series, but I have never touched those titles, but I should probably do that now.

The story revolves around you a human who goes on a cultural exchange program down to hell, quite literally, but don't worry you get paired up with Kronos and Brones who might be a little confused and might not want you around at first, but they need your help. You are then given the task to beat the illustrious 'SUPER 56' because the one doesn't even have fingers while the other one is tired of pressing buttons from work. Oh and we gotta get to S rank before their terrible neighbor does.

As the title suggests there are indeed 56 little minigames to run through and they all involve using a singular button. Quite the neat idea and spin on an already existing concept. You'll be tasked with mashing, holding, or simply pressing, heck maybe even all of them depending on the game. I mean it feels well considering it's on one button. Oh you can scroll through menus using your DPAD as using the menu with a singular button can somtimes be clunky.

This isn't gonna be everyone's cup of tea, so if it looks like something you're not gonna like you might just wanna skip it. But if this is something that does interest you, it is a weird little blast. You have tons of minigames to go through, an actual story, daily challenges, multiplayer, and a staggering 81 total achievements to take you hours to get through. It doesn't sound like it would have enough to keep you going, but it certainly does. I obviously would recommend it, I got it on sale for $3, but the regular price is still worth it with the hours of gameplay you're gonna get.

'Michonne' is a much shorter title compared to the mainline series of games and it also isn't as emotionally attached compared to characters like a Lee, Clementine, or heck even a Kenny or Javi, but what it does is gives you more Telltale action a whole lot of it and makes it gorier at times too.

Gameplay is the same pretty much, even though Michonne is a lot more QTE compared to the other titles. But if you so happen to enjoy the other Telltale Walking Dead games you should be fine here.

I'd just say buy it in a sale because $15 is kinda steep, but 'Michonne' is enjoyable if you know what you're getting yourself into.

I got the game off Fanatical for 60 cents as I thought the idea of a "would you rather" game with horror elements and puzzles might be cool, but it dives away from this pretty fast.

You are a survivor of the third great war AKA WW3 and in order to get back into life you have to answer the questions presented to you correctly or you will get punished. You walk down the hallway, read a question, and go into either the left or right door depending on how you want to answer.

Gameplay is a walking simulator, but let's be honest there are no puzzles here other than figuring out which door is correct because you cannot progress in some spots without doing so. There are some jumpscares here so there are some horror elements, but then there are also political spots that don't really lead into much, just there to be edgy. Whatever I suppose.

If this was free, which it's not, I might've given it a mixed, but in the act of spending money whether it be 4.99, 2.49, or even 60 cents, money is not warranted for a 6 minute game that isn't good. The idea sounds great, but the execution here is absolute trash.

Matt Hardy was already in AEW 2 years before Jeff Hardy debuted so the fact they hid Matt behind a DLC paywall is absolutely crazy. PC users couldn't even pre-order so you'd have to pay for him regardless.

Matt Hardy plays like he should and it's fun to see "Broken" here as well, but the greediness here is astonishing.

Only bought this as I wanted Edge (AKA Adam Copeland or just Cope now lol), but you will also get some skins for CAWS, moves and taunts, and a new map "Fright Forever."

Edge is good, plays like he should, but how they couldn't get the rights to Metalingus is beyond me.

Can't comment on the moves, taunts, or skins, as I only wanted to play as The Cope himself.

Fright Forever is okay if you liked what 2K20 did with the "2K Originals." Wrestling in the backyard of an abandoned spooky house with a zombie in a cage. It's a fine edition, but I would've preferred something that was an existing updated PPV arena at the very least.

I wouldn't spend $10 on this, but for the sale price I can see clearly.

Most of the story, if any actually, is only presented here on the store page. You get rocked into a coma and are "fighting" to come out of it. Sounds interesting enough, but actually playing the game tells you absolutely nothing other than you are a housewife and your husband is paralyzed. That's it, no notes in game, nothing at all to help you along.

Gameplay is a walking simulator, you walk through some sort of "in between worlds full of traps and horror," when in all reality all you do is try to open up doors and crawl through a spot or 2. No horror either unless you get spooked by a moving chair or a falling mannequin.

Idea itself sounded kinda cool and the aesthetics are nice, but there is literally nothing here besides walking around. Not even a real story. This should either be free or you can go play something that is free that is higher quality.

1945, London, Tiny Martin comes across a ticket offering him a prize in which all he needs to do is come to a theme park and climb to the top of the tower, however something more sinister is about to unfold.

Walking around is really eerie as not only does the idea of walking into a circus at night seem kinda scary, but when rain and thunder is heard, and things scatter across the screen and mascots try killing you, it just fits really well.

Gameplay is pretty good here even if some people are saying it's easy and basic. Sure it's easy and I do think enemies could be a little tougher, but all the weapons feel very nice to control. I also really like exploring as hitting balloons, digging through trash, or even smashing pumpkins can give you extra tickets for upgrading your weapons.

Sound direction is fantastic, all the sound effects, music, and even voice acting are suprisingly good here.

I am extremely interested in playing the full release and enjoyed my time with the demo, I really wanted more to play. So if you like boomer shooters, or you're looking for something in the realm of a 'Bioshock' like game, then give the demo a run through.

Played for about an hour and had a blast with the demo. I cannot wait for the full release.

You of course have your normal platforming, attacks, and of course collecting, but the ability to swap textures (or objects) out with one another is such a fun concept, turning waterfalls into vines to climb, turning stones into wood boxes to destroy them in order to make stairs, just a really fun way to make and solve puzzles.

I really love the aesthetic here too, the 2D storybook like characters that mesh into the 3D environments is absolutely gorgeous to look at.

The only con I have with the demo is lack of any sort of graphical or video options. The game tears so bad that it can be very distracting wanting to just turn on VSYNC was on my mind a lot, luckily 'Ruffy and the Riverside' is a fun charming little title so you can and will get over it.
