I did not ever get looped longer than 30 seconds in lights out, especially because I play Billy. Therefore you are either lying, seeking attention or simply delusional. I dont tunnel people on purpose because I get tunnelled a lot, if you think just bcs you died that you got tunnelled it is your problem.
