Did you like the original Stanley Parable? Yes? it's more content, get it.
I'm now going to jump back into the hole.

This game was a great time killer, the solutions and expectations match with what the player's thinking and I'd say about 75% of the time if you think you can try something... it actually works.

It felt short but that may be because I was enjoying myself so much, and I swear I played that quake parody minigame longer than I should have...

Overall, an odd but amusing experience.

Alright, there's about 40,000+ reviews for this game so I'm going to be breif.

Bought this game after seeing it rise a bit on the youtube popularity scale. Started playing it and thought it felt rather simple, not one to judge on those kinds of games, but this felt really simple. I then met a goat woman who taught me a moral lesson in which I enforced through the entire tutorial area. I then had some pie and fought a "boss" to get out of the ruins. I found it hard to overcome this boss... I was close to "defeating" it... but then found another way, which made me feel better about my choices. And from then onwards I was out of the ruins and into the underground, no need to explain any further.

I met companions and shared experiences, I grew to like two very particular text fonts, and I learned what it's like to give everyone you meet a chance in an RPG.

This games story is beautiful. The visuals suit well. The music is very pleasant. And my god will this game affect you in some way emotionally. Also the gameplay when you "fight" is pretty interesting, particularly if you like bullet hell (which I do).

Overall as you may not find surprising, this game feels like a 10/10 in it's own right. It makes use of what little it has and my god does it makes use. For something so simplistic, you will feel like you're playing something very special. So just listen to the thousands of others out there and get the game would you? If you don't like it that's fine, nothing can be for everyone, but at least try it out because it certainly is an experience. Don't buy into the "hype" just play it as a game you found and enjoy it. It's meant to be enjoyed.
