This card can only be special summoned by removing from play 2 cards in your hand. When this card is summoned its summon cannot be negated. When this card is summoned the effect of all other cards become draw one card. This effect lasts until the end of the turn this card is summoned.
When this card leaves the field return the removed from play cards used for this cards summon to the owners hand.
