It feels like it's been awhile since I played a good roguelike shooter. The days of Super Hexagon and Timespinner and Blockhogge are well behind me and my current go-to favorite comes from the indie space: Subnautica. I remember the days of capturing/racing giant sharks in that game, although with the addition of Minecraft-esque tools like pickaxes and a hatchet, they can now be fun instead of terrifying.

My main problem with the game was a graphics glitch I found in the latest build, where the game ran way too fast at one point. When I tried to slow down the graphics, the game crashed. So I'll keep an eye out for that until I get the game up and running well on my phone.
