It's a fun game for the first few days until you see the little crooks and crannies that plague it. During my mercedes run my car was way slower then redbull and the ferrari, but every race they would go with softs at the start while I would go with mediums. Early in the race they would pit for new tyres and I would gain tons of time on my mediums, pitting onto hards or mediums again allowing me to win the race with a huge lead, at first I thought it was cool that my strategy worked just like in real f1..until I realized that I could keep doing it over and over and the ai would not react whatsoever.

Some other issues I have noticed, for example, was during my haas run. The entire first season schumacher would either spin out when in 10th place, or crash into the nearest wall in 16th place after already spinning out. I thought to myself that within a few seasons he would get better, well by the third season he was still spinning and crashing into walls for a majority of his races after I specifically made him work on his cornering and control skills. I also realized that kmag had 70 control while schumacher had 83 and kmag rarely ever crashed in 3 seasons..I'm talking 2 times in total. I have no idea how this system works, but no matter how good schumacher got at control and cornering, he would crash or spin out.

I feel like in this game, it's better to get 34 year old 90 rated drivers, then young and upcoming drivers, for the one reason that they are extremely unreliable in every situation. I love bringing up young and new talent and seeing their career unfold before my eyes, but in this game it's a nightmare.

other small issues are the backmarkers in this game rarely ever move..sometimes just staying in your way and costing you a vital qualifying lap.

Max verstappen multiple times finishing a race in 3rd on 1% tyres..how?

This mainly only happened during my haas run, but I haven't gotten far enough in my mercedes run to say just yet, but no matter how good my haas car got on the grid ranks, it always felt like some cars, that were technically worse then mine, somehow were outperforming me almost every race.

There are a lot of small bugs in this game that you can see on pretty much any review for the game. I like the game a lot but there's a lot wrong with it, Also some things missing that would've pushed this game leagues above where it is now.

If you want to get the game you will enjoy it, but if you are a big f1 fan, and think the game will be anywhere close to the real thing, you are wrong.

played this game for about 130hours and it still never gets old
