I recommend this game, but here is everything bad I have to say about it instead:
-Slow on lo-spec'd PCs
-Very ugly
-You're not having fun unless everyone's using a microphone
-Solo games are not fun
-4 player maximum

If any of this is gonna be a problem, don't geddit.

Everyone's talking about the elitism but I just don't care. So what a couple chuckle ♥♥♥♥♥ are better than you. I've played this on-and-off since I think december 2020, and what always stood out was how little building mattered.

Using it for defensive forts, or digging through walls to create flanks should be the strong suit of an Ace-of-Spades ripoff like this, but it doesn't mesh with the fast-paced gameplay they went for. It's too easy to bust through fortifications, but digging and building is still too slow to be worthwhile in an active firefight. It mainly gets relegated to fringe tactics and arguable exploits while the main playstyles only use it as a glorified terrain destruction system.

The building gimmick together with the ultra-fast gameplay loop is the video-game equivalent to eating fine cheeses and drinking root beer, the two just don't mix. They tried their best though, and their best was to shove one of the two aside. It ended up being another shooter in the pile. Rip in Rip.

An ok fast-paced shooter that's really hard. It plays best when you're trying to go as fast as possible, its main flaw is that the game never encourages you to do that. You're left to figure out the "right way" to play the game on your own, and that took me a couple years of on-and-off play.
