Its what it says on the tin, weird ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up card game with combos.
it's fun

It still has a lot of the problems of the first game, gunplay is pretty mid, it is almost impossible to pick enemies out during a fight and you will still get nuked for your entire health pool by shotgunners that spawn behind cover to ambush you
additionally some of the map designs are straight up horrible, seriously, if you enjoy bosses that require almost your entire ammo pool to kill and maps with cool gimmicks like having to find 20+ levers or randomly having a dark area become EXTREMELY EYE ACHINGLY BRIGHT while you have to platform, this is the game for you

also goes insane

It seems really slow for a game that's meant to be about orks

for a game that focuses on music all the audio sucks

also its just like not very interesting it's just some fetch quests and unfunny dialogue

Operation medic bag is estimated to be completed by the end of the year
which means that the game is estimated to be in a playable state after they have finished releasing all the paid dlc and the devs are extremely likely to abandon the project before then

quick update on this review, yeah they are moving almost all the devs onto other projects after releasing the final DLC

Online PvP aspect of this game is dead and the devs have put out no less than 5 different cosmetic DLCs well before the game is finished

also the co-op mode is extremely bad and generally encourages killing everything that moves in a mission

Actively penalises you for playing with your friends, none of the loot is shared so you end up getting 1/2-1/4th of the rewards/collectables if your friends commit the sin of picking up things they see

also the actual gameplay could be described as "rough" it feels like an xbox arcade game with just a tiny bit more depth
