As someone with like 600+ hours in apex I can say this game gives more dopamine than both apex and The finals, it just feels cooler than both and its a shame it got canceled because Battle royales where popular at the time, and it DEFINITELY got cucked by COD: Advanced warfare.

10/10 Game, would recommend it to anyone who likes tac shooters, but also movement shooters, heavy on team play and coordination is important, don't pay attention to those dumb movement speed reviews, They need to learn one bad thing doesn't = negative review

I think this game got too much backlash; it was made by an already unstable dev and was initially made as a passion project between him and his wife.

CubeWorld could've been better; it could've been an MMO or a standard RPG. Still, he chose to take a creative turn. He added zone levels and a new stage of progression, so players didn't run into the infinite loop of progression that made them so strong everything was easy to fight, or the world got stronger alongside the player, making it so no matter what you were always weak compared to most newer mobs. In no way is it a bad game now. If anything, I still come back to it; I feel like it could've been better if we kept a more open mindset when it was first released instead of instantly threatening and hurting the dev. The community made CubeWorld a bad game because it never got a chance to be fully nurtured or mended...I hope one day the developer returns to this project or even creates a new one, he deserves better, and like all talented creators, he deserves a better community.
