cheaters solution

I think that cs go shouldn't be able to launch if there is any file that is effecting the game files that come when you install it and if there is then the game just crashes and wont be able to to even play the game when hacks are installed. this would also make it so work shop hacks wouldn't work because you can change the engine for so that the maps that hold the hacks files wouldn't be able to make it in to the game ( i knew how to code this valve ).

i think this would solve/help the problem a lot
