Overall I enjoyed this game although it's systems are a little basic compared to something like Wasteland 2 which has it's biggest problem of assault rifles being the best thing ever. The 4 stages of accuracy in Mutant Year Zero only really seemed to affect the players in hard mode, which was the difficulty I played first, and was the cause of much vexation. I wish there was a way to grind out more mutation points or get a full heal in the harder modes without using medkits since they are pretty expensive but that's because my tactics weren't on point I guess since there are damageless playthroughs.

Overall I enjoyed my time with the game and saw so much I enjoyed from the enviorments to the voice work in particular while also getting into the system. However, I wish there was a deeper level of variability in the guns, like adding a range of damage and having more barrel attachments, and more nuinanced ways to upgrade your characters, like perks or abilities connected to armor or something.

The action in this game is great everything feels meaty and heavy just as it should. It also doesn't believe in cover for better or for worse. My only negative is no one plays the multiplayer which is a damn shame and that there most likely won't be a second one.
