I have been playing DOOM since the original back in the 90's on the good ole Playstation. DOOM (2016) was an amazing refresh of the franchise and DOOM:Eternal is (IMO) an even more finely tuned, even faster paced version. I have never written a review for a game on steam (and I've been on steam since 2009) but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥..DOOM:Eternal is one of the greatest games I have ever played. I have never been a fan of the multiplayer in DOOM, but if anyone is looking for a fast paced, smooth FPS that's heavily based on the story and single player campaign, then DOOM:Eternal is for you
