The movie comes with both the dubbed English and Japnese subbed version. Although this has been the highest quality version of the movie I've seen so far in terms of 1080p high definition (Doesn't look splotchy like on other sites that host it as 1080p), the translation isn't the same as the one you would be familiar with the pink text. While it's roughly the same, a lot of the lines have been slightly reworded. If you haven't seen it prior, it shouldn't be noticeable. If you have though, you'll definitely recognize in some parts of the movie where words were changed (Ton-chan stopped being so floaty and Yui's scissors don't have anything to say anymore).

tl;dr Movie looks better than on third party sites, translation slighty adjusted (Meaning is still there but worded different)

Regardless of the translation, I'd still definitely recommend buying as some of the profit goes back to Yamada if you're a K-On! fan or if you just want a cute girls doing cute things slice of life movie.
