It's a great sandbox game with a unique style. If you can get past the initial learning curve you'll probably enjoy it.

The game is fun and the graphics and music make a unique and warm feeling.

I've enjoyed hours of watching my colonies grow and shrink!

Also, the developers are very mod friendly and the workshop is active.
