The couple will begin their engagement this Sept. 3 at 7 a.m. the following day by taking their engagement video on their YouTube page.

A source close to Gander said his wife met him at the family home on the evening he got home after their first wedding.

The source, who spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to speak to the media, said the couple have been together through a year with Gander since 2004, when he first arrived in Arizona, to continue their commitment.

He had been married to his second wife for almost 20 years prior to the marriage and their relationship grew closer before last August. Gander, who had also been married to his wife, is a prolific athlete who has won two NFL Championships as a shortstop.

"I guess he always has his eye on things," said this source, who declined to be identified because he wanted to protect his family details. "There is always a lot of work ahead and hopefully I will meet his future wife before she begins. I have always wished for a second wife now. I love my little boy like never before."

His business has been growing and his daughter-in-law, who is in college, said he always loves the company.
