Ever wandered what the world would have been like had hitler been a comunis? DONE.
Ever wanted the United States to become facist? DONE.
Ever wandered what nuking london in 1944 would have been like? DONE.

All theese and more can be tryed over and over agian in HIO 4.
HIO 4 offers players, especialy thouse how have a keen eye for history, to build there own history. You can play as any existing nation during the World War II period and preety much conquer the world, defend agains extremist ideologies, or just sit there, the choice is yours.

And also not to mention who easy it is to make mods for this game. Ever get bored of Hitler, there is a mod that make Taylor Swift the Leader of Germany.

The only thing I dislike about the game is that, at least in single player, no matter what complete alternate and ♥♥♥♥-up history you make, the game will aways progess to a wold war that once its done, the game is over.

But asides from that, the game is yours to make. Muliplayers has never been so stable for a Paradox game and it is lots of fun to play alongside, or against your friends.
