It's Freelancer+. That's a good thing.

Still in Beta, but the game so far is enjoyable.

Pros:
Freelancer-style gameplay
Good visual design-ships look different, still cool
Multiple mission types keep gameplay from getting stale

Cons:
Still in Beta. Bugs, incomplete features are part of that
Faction reputation system is linear, outlaw-to-lawful instead of faction interactions
No storyline missions (yet)
Steep learning curve at first, even for vets
No shield balancing, despite having sections of shields

Overall, probably an 82%, definitely will go up before official release

Gameplay is uninspired and repetitive, graphics are meh, voice acting is atrocious. Don't bother.
