Early Access Review
The setting is awesome, graphics are awesome, gameplay is solid.

I built a base, activated the second Cryobay, activated some backup Bateries (that don't even work yet) and fully upgraded a weapon and then died, what more do you want from a game?

Exploring new areas is really thrilling, they're all so diverse and extremely beautiful.

I LOVE IT!

It's just as I imagined:
+ great artstyle
+ great gameplay
+ a little bit of rage here and there
+ interesting levels
+ great sounddesign
+ funny physics
+ inhuman body movemets (my character should have broken his neck a few times already XD)

There's nothing bad about it, no bugs, glitches, whatsoever.

Early Access Review
I have been following the developement of this game for a long time now (I have played Dungeoneers and the Rogues Like Us demo), so I know how far the devs have come in this one year.

So right of the bat, this game is very hard to get used to (just like in every other dungeon crawler)
The environment was completely overhauled and looks better than every before (I am a huge fan of low poly artstyles)
But the Enemies were hardly changed at all and to be honest it get's really repetitive to fight agains the same 4 typed of enemies over and over again until you get to a boss fight (these are actually pretty cool)
I think it was right to implement A LOT of new swords, i just think the way to unlock them is pretty weird, in my opinion, yes you should be a ble to find them in chests, but I think you should also be able to find them randomly scattered throughout the dungeon.
And regarding chests, I don't really understand why you have to die to open them, they have these cool looking huge chests in the dungeon and then in these chests there are smaller chests and some health/a shield, why not get the items when you open these great looking chests :D
Also, I would really appreciate a button where you can just immediately teleport into a new dungeon, rather than waiting for a respawn animation and then going back to the portals.

So in conclusion
+ great artstyle
+ a lot of different swords
+ interesting boss fights
+ great layout for the hub (even though it's a bit empty)

- Repetitive enemies
- the fade from one animation to another is still pretty rough and slow

Early Access Review
+ Good and fun physics
+ a lot of gadtets to play with
+ interesting maps
+ relatively good AI
+ funy game modes
+ very pretty (I love low poly artstyles!!)
+ no performance issues/ crashes

- confusing controlls
- no tutorial (it's still really early acces so don't worry about it too much)
- very "barebones" menu (but then again it's just early access)

So basically worth every cent I payd for it :D

These devs/ this dev shows us how to properly release an early access game, good job!

This game should stay on mobile devices, this is the wriong market for such a game...
And it also feels like a mobile game, aka they just took their mobile game and forced it to work on pc... this is how it feels playing thius game, it doesn't belong here.

249 Hours (PA and PAT) and Compared to others I still suck at it

10/10 IGN would die Again

Tl;dr: I love it, in the beginning you'll probably hate it and find it frustrating, becasue there's a steep learning curve if you play with random people online.

But seriously though, I absolutelky love this game.
I was someone who grew up with Stronghold and the most beloved fact out it was for me that it solely focuses on building a simple castle, without to much focus on economy or diplomacy, you build defenses in order to survive, troops to annihilate your enemy and economy is here to provide the recources for that. Most Strategygames nowdays focus way to much on useless details and try to be as realistic as possible, the downside: you spend 20 hours in the tutorial just to understand the basics (a little bit over exxagerated, but you get my point :) ).

Planetary Annihilation is just that, a relatively simple concept, only focused on destroying and producing the means to destroy. On top of that it has an extremely beautiful Artstyle and with the multiplanet starsystems they perfectly integrated a simultanious multimap playstyle that I can't even begin to describe in words (mainly because english ins't my native language).

Yes it is very hard to pick up, especially getting used to manage 2-4 (or sometimes even more) battles at a time, on multiple planets, with no map corners to hide... BUT IT IS JUST AMAZING! And there's nothing quite like it on the market right now (still lying on the floor crying tears that Human Recources didn't get funded, but they pitched the campaign while Planetary Annihilation was at it's lowest and hated by almost everyone, soooo ... yeah.... Marketing/Community matters people. But enough abnout that.)

PS: Devs are still optimising the game, even though content updates are very unlikely :/

I played this constantly for 7 hours now, that is since it came out and I'm just stopping to play because I saw that there was a driver update for my graphics card :D, I reccomend this game to everybody who likes flying, huge open world maps and messing around with the physics and not to forget the best part, EXPLOSIONS... seriously, there are a LOT of explosions.

This was one of the best game launches I experienced this year, no bugs, glitches or performance issues and on my brothers AMD card it is running just as good as it does on my 980ti.

I can't understand how it is even possible to dislike this game?
