i didnt like the machine at all it ran for about 10 min then updated and fryed the mother bored, after fixing the mother bored it cerashed 4 times in one hour playing dirt three on low settings. the machine has the power to run triple a games maxed out graphics at 60 fps somtimes 30 fps but the fact that the update fryed my mother bored made it really ♥♥♥♥♥♥ obviously. i was told windows ten woiuld be comming with it aswell but that is dells fault not the steam box
the games libary is complete crap, the adds say like 300 games or somthing like that but i had an option of 40 (i counted them) and dying light didnt run at all even tho its supported by steam os

the controller has more bugs than an ant hill lol the touch pads are very glitchy and the controller its self is uncomfortabul
i was told it is a computer witch it technally is but so is a consol, so i could play all the games i wanted to on it(also dells fault tho) but like i said there was like 40
the price for it is insane for what it is you can build a gamming rig way cheaper and way better than the steam box, you also need a computer to use it to its fullest so if you dont have a comp already your kinda screwed and cant use it to its fullest

i would not recomend a steam box because
-price
-still new lots of bugs
-the graphics card is not upgradabul
-remote is beyond repair
-only hdmi
-dosnt have as many games ass advertised
-tends to blow its self up as its too compact (litrally smaller than a ps2)
-laggs turning on....LAGSS TURNING ONN...
-still technically a beta planes for better modles are in the works
-consel runs better lol and thats just sad

i may have just gotten a broken one but that can make or break a costumers review if they trully wanted happy consumers they would make sure every single one works before sending it out so even if it was just broken the fact that they sent me a broken one is worse that a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up machine because i only found good reviews not a single bad one untill i tryed to use it lol

reasons i would advise not to use or order any thing from dell
- it was sent broken
-way over priced even when on sale
-extremely poor customer service ( was hung up on by a supervisor)
-spent 8 hours on the phone(not all at once) just to send it back because they said it wasnt broken...
-they delted my account so i had no prroof of what was going on
-they cant find my credit score and thats complete bs
-was lied to about the contents of the machine
-overall a 5 year old has better service than they do
-sent me an invalid mailing adress
-called me the day it needed to be sent back and i had to leave work to drive for 3 hours to only have ten minutes to spare (almost got told it was too late to mai;l it but i explained my situation and the mailing service helped me out

again it may have been just my luck but again one costumer can turn 100 people away so they should try there best to help me and at least meet in the middle.

if you dont buy this game... i frown upon you....
