I still have this issue. Should I start new game to eliminate it?

You asked to describe my issue with space mechanic. I reached to training E2, but I don't have enough money. The only available option for me to get it (only one available task) - is the task to fix the broken drone (there toy have to switch toggle switches in one panel and restart it in the other two). But this task is not counted when I complete it, but remains in the status "Aborted", without any money (I finished it about 6 times). Without license E2 I don't have an accesses to other missions
