After giving it the benefit of the doubt i'm gonna have to thumb it down, its just not entertaining enough, still poorly optimised, has an empty feeling world if you just want to drive around and the AI is just straightup cheating on Expert. All in all its just a shell of the former TDU games. Maybe when the devs have added all they content they "plan" to add it will be worth a buy.
