The amount of work that went into the cutscenes was great. What's not great? Not being able to skip, go back or anything. The laziness in the coding of this game and the unresponsiveness from the Dev's makes me thing it was more of a quick cash grab.

One of the best modern PC Experiences I've had in a long time. This game is like a mix of Mirrors Edge mixed with and dishonored. The fact pace movement makes the entire experience super cerebral and edge of your seat. The combat mixed with a healthy dose of tricky obstacle course running make this game insanely challenging. I work 60 hours a week and managed to beat it in a week or two just a few hours per night. The challenge is unforgettable and in many ways the game kind of screws you over with the bots auto aim at times; but once you get really good you'll figure out how to adapt and overcome it. You can die and hit R and be back into the action in seconds, with hardly any slow down time it becomes such a mental and sweat inducing experience. But the rewarding feeling of beating this game goes down as a great accomplishment to my gamer belt of finished games. And one that I soon will never forget as well.

The production quality of this game is also noteable as it feels as good as a 60 dollar AAA title. It's visually stunning and looks to be crafted by a extremely capable and cutting edge studio. All the designs are very on point and cohesive with the world; and yet at the same time original in their own way. The sound design is also extremely well done and satisfying, as every experience whether visual, control or sound is all highly tuned to deliver a violent, fast and cerebral experience that keeps you zoned into the immersion.

PROS :
Extreme fast paced action
Gorgeous visuals
Extremely polished game
Brilliant sound design
Well done voice acting
Fantastic and original design

CONS :
Wish it were longer,
Story lacks depth
Sometimes AI is ridiculous

I gotta say, this is one of those titles that comes out of nowhere and I drops an amazing experience that no one was expecting. It's a gift that 2020 doesn't deserve but I'm so glad I got to enjoy it.

SCORE :
9.5/10

BUY, OR WAIT FOR SALE?
The game is so well priced is easily worth it's price. If you happen to get it at full price it's also perfectly fine as it's going to give you at least 40 hours of game play. Buy it! You won't regret it!

Absolutely ridiculous. Paid so much money for a product that doesn't even recognize my flightstick (x55) The game even with a 2080ti overclocked at 3840x1080 only can deliver 30fps. This is a terribly optimized unfinished game that I had so much hope for and feel so incredibly let down after waiting so long for this. There are a lot of forum supports to get the stick working and luckly I was able to get it to work but the trouble it took was just mind boggling. I toyed with getting a refund for this game for a while I'll definitely tell you that.

I've come back to this game after the first weeks teething errors and realized; yes it's still a ♥♥♥♥ show that brings my overly priced graphics card to it's knees in tears; BUT it's kinda fun to learn the ins and outs of flying. Flying over manhattan in a 747? Well if you're lucky enough to have a 2080ti then that'll afford you a badass 10-14fps. When you're crash landing your plane into the hudson because all you can see is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ slideshow; it kinda breaks immersion you know? I mean, maybe this is just a ploy for them to get me to buy a 3090ti because nothing will run this game at a reasonable framerate.

If you are serious about this game, maybe wait for a deep sale but right now as it stands; it's a just a mess.

Even after all that I still gave it a thumbsup because it's such a innovative leap towards tech/gaming. I still have gotten alot out of the game despite it being such a disaster.

I guess I'm being hard on it for being a free game but; it's got a host of problems. It can't do any other resolution other than 720p for me. Everything looks incredibly blurry even at max settings and the controls for flying aren't even enjoyable. The flying experience leaves you wanting more pull from the plane, more immersion, just more. Maybe suitable for an ipad game but definitely not a PC game.

It's 2020 and a major publisher can't even make a major game 3840x1080?

This is THE best FPS single player video game experience of all time. Full confidence in saying that. No other game can match it's emotional moments that tie the story together so cohesively; with graphics that are at the cutting edge of modern video gaming technology. I'm running this on a 32:9 ratio monitor with not one issue at all (which is unheard of). The pulls at emotion are so naturally crafted you feel almost intrinsically immersed in the experience. This game and it's story, gameplay and visuals have been BURNED into my memory and I'm so glad I spend the time to play it. First gameplay took about 30 hours and I took my time. Tons of replayability out of this game! Definitely worth it. Glad I pre-ordered this game.

This was one of my favorite experience I've played with a friend in VR EVER! And with the cherry on top: it was FREE! I absolutely recommend this to anyone wanting a quick few hours with a friend to try and solve this game. It was truely fun and an intutive and well detailed game.

After 6 hours of playing, it really doesn't draw me to want to play the game anymore. It feels a bit unfinished and very tedious.. but to be honest if a game doesn't feel fun anymore; it is ultimately a failure. As much as I wanted to like this game as much as I love cities skylines; this game just doesnt live up to the brand. This isn't so much surviving mars as it is a maintnence simulator on how much of a pain in the ass it would be to live on mars and see how long you can last before your pipes / wires break.

This game has so much meaning towards the franchise. Such Precision and accuracy and dedication to a well crafted game. I don't even know how to go on about how good this game is and how long it can sink your time. I've never felt such a fresh game so cutting edge on all fronts. Perfeclty done! Hope there is more to come!

I've been playing games for more than 25 years of my life. This is the best game I've ever played above anything in my entire life. Dragon Age Inquisition came pretty close but this game has a sense of immersion that will make you sink at least 100 hours into it EASY.
