I have been getting a lot of friend requests from scammers recently. If someone says that they accidentally reported you for illegal purchases or duped items, then they are trying to steal your account information. They will send you a link to a fake Steam account of a "Steam Admin / Moderator."
This particular screenshot [imgur.com] has been sent to me numerous times.
If you come across someone who tries to pull this nonsense, report them and avoid further contact; perhaps you could warn the people on their friends list because it could be a compromised account. Unfortunately, people who are unfamiliar with the internet, computers, or Steam fall for this every now and then.
