"Cassette Futurism" is the description of the deep longing this game has filled for me. That lost future of chunky buttons and physical sensations. The thought of an alternate future filled with equal parts peril and opportunity.

It's easy to compare the game to things like "Rimworld" or "Space Station 13", but in reality it's much more than that. Still rough in it's early stages this game truly brings about an escape into a world I never knew I needed. I would highly recomend it to anyone who enjoys player driven worlds and exploring the unknown.

Honestly expected a half assed attempt to make a 3d version of Risk of Rain 1. I am absolutely blown away by how they managed to keep the original feel of the game and still expand on it. If you enjoy horde modes in games and a bit of rougelike this will absolutely be a great choice for you.

Needs a bit more depth to the mechanics but it's a nice little exploration and fun game

In the years I've been playing I've come to really love the game. Best experienced at a leisurely pace and with friends.

Harvest moon on the SNES was my favorite game forever. This game brings all those feelings back and gives me more of what I wanted.

The original Disgaea is there.

If you're a fan of the series this game will not dissapoint you. The translation seems to be the same as I remember it.

The Controls work fine for me on both KB+M and Controller (F310). The battle map graphics update is nice.

If you havn't played this game before, but you like turn based strategy RPGS and Anime, you'll like this game.



Negative thoughts -

SSAO is broken (as of now)

Multiplayer is nowhere to be found (I could have missed it)

Other than that I couldn't be happier with the game. NIS America please bring 2-5 to PC as well.

Years after I played this on the PS2 I picked it up again and it's still my favorite fighter.
