I've long awaited playing this game on PC to the point where I avoided watching or reading anything about it until I could play it myself.
The open world aspect of the game is pretty solid, there's plenty of exploration to do that are optional but if you don't explore, the map can feel a bit small compared to other open world games. I personally don't think it's that small and there's plenty of things to keep you busy.
The story is pretty solid and I enjoyed playing it. There's great moments that I really enjoy and there aren't many issues with it aside from how short it feels. If you only focus on doing the story quests, you will complete it fairly quickly.
The game also comes with the DLC which also holds the same quality as the base game aside from the area being smaller than the main game (which is a given) but I bring it up because the price of the game feels a lot more reasonable if you get access to everything with no additional purchases (aside from needing a PSN account to access legends mode).

The only major negative I have is that since PSN is needed for a part of the game, some regions have absolutely no access to play this game because some countries are blocked from playing any game with a PSN requirement. A pretty big L for lots of people who I'm sure would love to play this game.

Overall, this game is amazing and I definitely recommend playing it. You don't need the PSN account for legends if you only care about the story. I'll give it a 9/10 with the only minor complaint being the wait to have it on PC and the PSN requirement for legends.
