The game is good, it'll make a day disappear and distract you from the creeping nihilism that plagues your mind.

The game is awesome, but not perfect, it's also p new so not a ton of modding options on workshop, it maye be better over on nexus but I haven't dipped my head over there yet.

A lot of the early game is pretty grindy, but most skills gain experience in tandem, which is nice. A few outliers are trade, engineering, and roguery, all of which are hell grind. I don't recommend going for a build with either of those three on your first run.

The mid game is fun a nice tip is not to declare your kingdom officially until you've really established yourself, if you do it to early every ai on the map will target lock on and annihilate you from this mortal plane.

and finally the late game, which is honestly a bit boring, The AI isn't as garbage as it was back in Warband but they are pretty dum dum still. The Lords under you have a penchant for always wanting to be at war with someone so building up between wars can be challenging if you don't grind up influence as fast as possible to flat out deny the constant requests to go to war with Vlandia.

Overall it's a great game, that loses me in a few places, give it a try if you've got the extra cash.
