A platforming beat-em-up with a bread selling mini-game. Is a bit like a mix between Rune Factory and Recettear. You go out on adventures to collect materials to make bread with and then play a Diner Dash style mini-game to manage the shop. You can tame some monsters as pets and have them help you run the shop, and you can befriend people in town to get unlock passive bonuses. The beat-em-up sections are decently challenging and there's several weapons with different move-sets and skill trees to try out. Overall a very fun and cute action game with a bit of life-sim elements that helps satisfy that itch for Rune Factory-style games while not just outright copying the formula.

A rare wholesome SFW monster girl game. It's a mystery dungeon style roguelike where you befriend monsters and go on adventures in randomly generated dungeons. The main hero's level will reset upon exiting a dungeon, but your befriended monster girls will keep their strength. Raise your monster to tackle harder challenges and combine equipment with synthesis to customize your character's gear. Alternatively, turn on hard mode and tackle the dungeons with a fresh start each time for a more traditional roguelike experience. Includes many features backported from the sequel and a host of new QoL improvements. Also it's just straight up cheaper than the original game.

Pretty fun destruction-derby style arcade driving game. The concept is simple: drive a car real fast and blow up stuff. More destruction earns you more cash which you can spend on upgrades to let you blow up stuff more. Barrel your way into a convoy of police cars and revel in the 3-second long hit-stop explosion chain.

A solid mystery dungeon style roguelike where you befriend monster girls. It's got over 100 monsters to recruit and a ton of post-game content. Only major issue is the messy machine translation.

A solid point-and-click adventure game with a unique premise themed around 90's internet.

This game is pretty much how I imagined Half-Life 3 would be like when the rumors started spreading that it might be in VR. Boneworks is not a tech demo or a virtual sandbox. This is a complete action puzzle shooter game which makes full use of what VR has to offer. None of the clunkyness of other experimental VR games is here. Movement is full locomotion, like any game should be, and it fully supports both standing and seated play. Crouching can be done by using the right analog stick if you're sitting, you can force grab objects, as well as manage your inventory from a menu rather then using body hotspots. Boneworks will work in your play area without compromise. This is the game which future VR games will be compared to for a long time.

It's pretty cool they're porting Celeste to the Switch, but wouldn't it make more sense to port the game rather than just the soundtrack?

Transformice is what happens when you take Lemmings, make it multiplayer, and have the players taking the role of the lemmings. As a mouse your goal is to be the first to find and return the cheese to the mousehole, and as the shaman your goal is to protect the other mice from their own stupidity and greed. It's great fun watching mob mentality at play as several mice plunge to their deaths trying an impossible jump for a chance at first place.

Learning some of the finer points of controlling your mouse can be a bit tricky, but overall it's a great casual game you can just chill out with and play for hours. You can even share Youtube videos in the music gametype!
