This is a very addictive card game, both in single and multiplayer. The catch is though, the expansions can be turned on and off individually for matches, if you try to have them all active in the match it gets to be too much, but a properly selected set of expansions paired together is very enjoyable. I would say due to the ability to pick and choose the active expansions in any given match, this game actually amplifies it's ways of being played as well as keeping things interesting when mixing it up.

The game is brilliant, do what you will in the world. Don't like that person? Shank 'em. Think that book costs too much? Pickpocket the merchant. Feel like being nice, ok you can do that too, but it's also acceptable to use fighting words and provoke them to start the fight.

A great game where actions have consequences, and everyone is game. Get mad at the quest giver getting cheap? Steal his junk, or if lazy stab him in the face. Feel like going on a warpath with a whole city? Ok. But every action will have consequences!

This game is in EA so there is a lot to be worked on, however for being in the stage it is it is remarkably playable and has a good amount of content. With the release of the dedicated server it has become a much more enjoyable MP experience. Only gripe is the leveling system that was recently put in place, however as mentioned before this is not necessarily permanent in its current format. The forums used by the developers is readily used by a mature community and developers take an active role in that community as well, not to mention issues that are reported are adressed quickly as well (hotfix today took about an hour for a pretty harsh bug!)

While the game is a lot of fun, it is in it's growing pain stages. The default map is small once you get a flying pet which will have you looking at the mods and maps available, which of course as being early access are still in the works as well for the most part. Given the right style group, or server to play on this game has merit for both PvP player and PvE players, and its content even encourages group vs group play. Hours can be lost in a matter of minutes, giving a good survivalist feeling.

Worth the money, even as it is growing. And remember to always put in your two cents into the threads on steam as the devs DO pay attention to the community chatter, and often directly address the community!

Great alternative to EVE Online, population is not overcrowded as of yet and input to developers is direct (though requires good arguments for convincing.) Players are able to directly contribute to the game in some ways such as with vector graphics designs for corporation logos, tool creation, and other ways.

Currently the game needs more players in order to increase the balance of powers, which isn't too hard to do with diligance.

The game does suffer from lag due to some datacenter issues that are being worked on, and there are only a small amount of developers (Not unheard of from indy games) so patience is key. Tickets for support have a quick turn around time though can require some technical knowledge by the player to help solve problems.

Edit: Dev's disappear on long 'breaks', the game world is still tragically small meaning only room in the game for a few groups and little to no room for new groups to come in and expand (our group actually came in and became a power player with simple strategy easily.) With out some major updates and world level expansion, I can not recommend this game at this time.

Ahhh yet another replayable classic, have this on my original XBOX as well, but I like it on PC more due to that damned controller causing cramps.
