this probably wont mean anything but i'm a huge fan of one piece, the game just is'nt all there, don't get me wrong the world is beautiful, the story is just a basic get quests from here do them there, the cut-scenes are quite pleasing at times but mostly just terrible, the game is'nt voiced a lot of the time, you'll be hearing a lot of a singular word since its all they say, can only play as luffy (can be seen as food or bad depending on what you wanted, although wasnt a big downer for me), i've personally found dodging and blocking is pretty inconsistent due to not being able to cancel out your own attacks, the story is'nt really a craze (wont spoil though since its still good to find out yourself) although its easy to see whats coming next from miles away, you'll be doing the same combos throughout the game as what you started with (probably already expected that as i did), you only get to really know a low amount of characters in depth, you'll notice a lot of teleporting of other characters (throughout cutscenes then transitioning to the actual game, and here's just a personal thing, the only reason I come back is because the world is visually pleasing, and because of my love for the series, also imo it has low replay value, a lot of wide spaces within the city you cannot actually go through even though luffy should certainly fit, aswell as quite a few objects have wide spheres that you cannot pass through even though you're visually far enough away to where you should be able to walk past. (I'm gonna stop here i could state some more things about the game but i'm not the best at formatting so this looks like a huge mess, i realise i added probably a lot more bad then good, tats not to say theres a lot of other tiny things i enjoy or find good about the game, and i wont be giving a rating as its my opinion vs your own so do what you will with this)

Edit: forgot to say like ive seen below the world is quite dead as there's not many npcs and you'll here a lot of repeated lines (think i already said that) also you'll be seeing one npc quite a lot as you get fooled thinking you can go into an open door as the npc is always within that door way repeated throughout the game
