From what I understand, Project Wingman was born out of love for the ACE Combat series and similar titles.

Until now, the only thing I knew about ACE and similar titles, was that you flew modern jets. I honestly never looked into them or tried them anbd just assumed there were more on the heavy sim side like DCS. BOY WAS I FRIGGIN' WRONG.

I absolutely love the usage of recognizable, modern day weapons and equipment in a semi-recognizable setting with made up nations. It's very relatable to our modern day tech but with plenty of room for... "liberties".

This is my first foray into this genre and my only regret is having never played ACE combat in the past. Project Wingman is the most fun I have had in a game in a long time. I had very little idea of what i was getting into when i launched this game and it has blown me away.

I highly recommend giving this game a try even if you are only slightly curious. well worth the price. Set yourself a 2hr timer when you launch it and if you dont like it after time is up, refund it. But hopefully you find yourself pleasantly surprised like me.

And to the devs, can we get an Official Soundtrack release? the music is absolutely amazing

I'll admit when it was first announced that Risk of Rain 2 would be going 3D, I had my doubts... However this is an OUTSTANDING 3D rendition of the original! If you loved the mechanics and style of the first game, you wont be disappointed.

No dedicated servers, the matchmaking is deplorable, and don't even get me started on the hackers... Oh and it's spin to win.

10/10 Would spin a kitten into horrifying creatures again.

Jones is not actually on fire.. 0/10

will catch flaming kittens again.
