Seems like this game has come a long way. Still some minor bugs but much improved.

What can I say about this game. I first purchased it when it came out, however my laptop wasnt able to run it and I had to refund. I decided to get myself a christmas present in the way of a nice desktop that is easily able to handle the game and I was not disapointed.

If you're the creative type this game will have you sucked in for 100s of hours. I jsut spent 2 hours designing my front entrance which is a cave, getting some pools down and luminous shroom lighting before they head on out to the enchanted forest. I created some nice fairy-esque lamps and must say the option to save it as a blueprint is brilliant. I do however wish there was a way to duplicate blueprints without having to click it each time.

Now that being said if you aren't quite as creative there is still a lot you can do. The Challenge modes are very fun and hard is quite the challenge, my hat to you if you ever attempt it. There is also a main campagin but I haven't experienced any of that yet.

There is a variety of rides a ton of coaster types and scenery out the whazzoo that can all be combined in various ways. my favourite thing about the coaster building are the triggerable events. You want explosions when they drive past: Check, You want lighting only on when the coaster hits a certain point for your scares: Check. Pretty much if you can think of it, its there. The special effects and animatronics are brilliant.

All in all a very solid game 10/10 if you're the creative type probably 7.5/10 if your more of the business strategist, i feel the financial management portion isnt quite as fleshed out as the rest but it is still quite good.

Definatly recommend to any fans of the original RCT Games or people who like simulations and rollercoasters.

Seriously, this game is my childhood, thousands of hours. I still ahve the original manual, its about the size of a peperback. I bought it the second I saw it on steam and expet to play it a lot more after finals.
