Base game is definitely not worth the full price. It has 13 levels which you're expected to grind in perpetuity like some f2p game. But it's a great game on discount and it's a definite improvement from the first episode. My favorite part is how much exposition you can get about the world and characters through their dialogues while they slash through monsters together. That's how a good action story is made, rather than with countless cutscenes.
If you like Warhammer fantasy universe and slashing through hordes of rats alongside up to three internet people, this is the game for you, at least while it's on some big discount.

Don't play the grind. As soon as the game lets you into "The Tower", go see Amanda and take the first "Legacy campaign". It's amazing. The second one is also amazing. The third one is meh. The first mission of Shadowkeep is great, you need to pay to continue. But if you already enjoyed the previous campaigns, you will know if it's worth your money :)

Yes it's grindy, yes it's buggy, yes it's a time sink, yes it has a needlessly steep learning curve... But if you like games like these, this may be your favorite game ever. You can grind in space, you can grind on different planets, you can grind alone, you can grind in space, you can build amazing ships and use them for spectacular crashes. Enjoy!

If you have enough gamepads and too much family, this is a must! Most of the time, pixelated retro styles are a cop out, but this looks and sounds beautiful. I think I need the soundtrack now.

Early Access Review
Imagine settlers, but with stacking bricks. I had tons of fun since the early Kickstarter build, back when it was buggy, slow and with minimum amount of options. It's insane what you kids can get and make in this game today, and that's still nothing compared to stuff that is yet to come.

First GTA-like game I truly loved after GTA 1

Fun, violent, tons of references, even more innuendo and, most importantly, doesn't take itself seriously. Has tons of mini-games, things to find, fun main storyline, tons of awesome music, surprisingly good acting (main character can have one of six different voices) and a two player mode. Works fine even on Linux. You can run around naked and hit people with a giant dildo. You even have a parachute like in Just Cause. Zombie reinforcements come in hearses. You can make most tastelessly painted vehicles in existance. In short, this game has everything I ever needed.

Early Access Review
Perfect combination of MOBA and FPS to kill half an hour or wake yourself up when tired. Everyone has tons of hitpoints, crazy abilities and there's no headshots, so it's great for a more tactical experience and teamwork. Everyone complains that characters lack originality, but that's the standard for every rts, moba or hero shooter since Dune 2.

All the current downsides are here because game is still in beta, so there's no telling if they would ever do things like change the currently weird hitboxes, add headshots, completely revamp gameplay, have current server issues forever, add billions of new game modes, become the greatest game in the world, just abandon the project, start charging money for bullets, send random gifts to everyone, integrate their other games into this one, turn it all into exploration horror etc etc. You never know with early access, but since it costs you no money to try it, I'd say it's worth a risk.

Extremely cute with wonderful child-like puns, pretty art and sillyish noir overtones. As for the gameplay, it's a classic point and click. You talk to people, pick things up, combine with other things and look for that wonderful combination where you push the story forward. Everyone who likes point&click adventures should definitely play it.
