Keep trying to load into a race and the game crashes during the intro commentaries at most tracks I've tried to play. Conveniently over the refund time now (Only managed to do 5ish races taking about 30mins each)

Not sure if I'm the only one with the issue but even with a ryzen 3 5600 and an rx 7600 this game is fps lagging so hard its like a slideshow. This 25 year old game is not a remaster, just a re-release to make it compatible with modern operating systems so It's got me scratching my head. If anyone can solve this I'll happily swap to a positive review.

The AI in this game really bring the game down and the workshop doesn't work half the time so I can't try the AI bot fix mods. Shame really as the game could have been really good.

I raise my prices then don't lower them when their cost decreases. Just like a real supermarket! 100/10 realism out the gate.

I like this game but not enough to do an indepth review.

*UPDATE* As of today, the multiplayer bugs should be fixed and there have been new courses released. There have been major graphical improvements so that now the game runs over 60fps with 4 boats on screen whereas before it dipped to under 30.

Keep in mind this game IS free to play. The only reason why I'm giving this game a negative review is because the game lacks any sort of polish.

As of this review the game has very little content. You have Online, Single Player and Tutorial.

The online matchmaking has two options, match racing and fleet racing. No matter how many times I try to connect to a fleet race it puts me into a match race instead,
The single player has no AI so if you can't connect to an online race like I often can't, you'll find yourself the only boat out on the water in SP.
The tutorial doesn't explain well each task you need to perform. You see a demonstration of an AI performing the selected task but no instruments or inputs to guide you. You have to figure it out with text hints that don't fully explain the controls.

The online races all seem to be a single format. 2 legs, one upwind, one down. That's all. It takes under 5 minutes to finish a race.

There are graphical, audio and gameplay bugs, a few examples are:
The tutorial instructor voice over often cuts out or says something completely different to the subtitles
I was given a penalty as soon as I joined a race for not giving way to a player who hadn't even spawned in yet even though the game placed my boat in that spot.
Connection issues where a game was found but sent back to start menu.

The game seems pretty unoptimized. I have 24GB ram, a Ryzen 5 3600 and an RX 7600 and I get around 30FPS in races no matter what graphical setting I swap to.

Its a solid start to what we've all been waiting for: A modern Americas Cup game even if it is just the AC40s. I do look forward to seeing what future updates bring.

It has potential. I have been waiting for a sailing sim that has hydrofoiling in it that's not limited to mobile phones.

Drawbacks:
-No AI boats and multiplayer servers are empty as of writing this review. Makes for a pretty lonely gaming session.
-UI needs to be reworked as it's very cluttered and looks like it was quickly thrown together. The tutorial is ok, you quickly get up to speed on how to operate the boats.

My statement to the devs is this that game could be the definitive way to play sail racing if they really polish the game.

Palworld summed up is a mash between Pokemon, Breath of the Wild and some hero shooters.

As someone who gets bored of playing games in my adult life it was refreshing to be so hooked on this game with my 5hr playtime being a single session. I jumped right into co-op with a mate and we enjoyed every minute.

This game has an open world setting with crafting, base building, BoTW type exploration, boss fights, dungeons and more. Your "Pals" not only fight for you - they can also help build your base, stoke fires, produce food and wool, defend your base or become transport and weapons.

Compared to Pokemon - this game blows it out the water in terms of features. Game Freak don't stray far from their usual formula of Pokemon games and I'd love to see them look at this EARLY ACCESS game and see if they can take inspiration from it.

In terms of bugs it is an early access game. Water textures don't mesh properly and I crashed once due to video memory limit exceeded (possibly a bug).

Overall a refreshing game in the genre. Definitely recommend.
